Mr. McConnin graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1991.

Mr. McConnin is a member of the bar of both the State of California and Florida.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and a licensed real estate sales associate in the State of Florida.  Mr. McConnin has an active practice in Real Estate law.  Representing homeowners in pre-foreclosure matters to working with Realtors and businesmen in commericial real estate transactions and title matters. 
 
Mr.  McConnin has an extensive background drafting, negotiating and litigating real estate matters.  His first trial back in the early 1990s centered on trust deeds, appraisals and broker fraud.  In the mid 90s his firm represented homeowners in home loan (mortgage) workouts against lenders.  Now all that experience is coming to use again.
