UpsideDownRealEstate.com will keep your info as private as we can. We do use software to store info and people can break into stored info. If you send us emails, people may find ways to get your info. We use our business judgment when dealing with your info. We have no desire and nor intention to give your info to any parties who are not either working for us or helping us with our technology. We are not going to sell your info to to 3rd parties.
We are going to use your info to keep you updated on things related to your matter. We may even send you an email or two asking you if you need any more info.
If the government requires us to disclose info we probably will, but, some of the people working with us are lawyers, so we might not.
Information Sent over the internet can be picked off by others.
Sending us info will not create an attorney client relationship.
If you wish to create an attorney client relationship. Call us up and say I am sending you confidential info, what will it take to establish an atorney client relationship.
