1.  This Notice applies to all communications on this website or any email mentioned on this website. 

2. By using this website you and prinicpals and parnter agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned on it.

7. Firm Intellectual Property.  You acknowledge that everything on this site is our intellectual property.

8. Assignment. Your rights and obligations are not assignable. 

9. Force Majeure.  We are not bound by things we can not control.

10. Waiver. If it is not in writing we do not waive any of our rights even if our actions seem to indicate we have waived some of our rights.

11. Severability. A court could say some of this agreement is unenforecable. In which case those parts are excised and we keep everything else in force. 

12. Complete Understanding. This Agreement is the final and full agreement between us or anyone else.  Oral representations do not matter. 

Privacy Policy:

UpsideDownRealEstate.com will keep your info as private as we can.  But, we do use software to store info and people can break into stored info.  If you send us emails people on the internet or Google could get your info.  We use our business judgment when dealing with your info. We have not desire and not intention to give your info to any parties who are not either working for us, helping us with our technology.  You count on the fact we are not going to sell your private info or contact info or 3rd parties.  

We are going to use your info to keep you updated on things that relate to your matter.  We may even send you an email or two asking you if you need any more info. 
If the government requires us to disclose info we probably will, but some of the people working with us are lawyers so we might not. 

Information Sent over the internet can be picked off by others. 

Sending us info will not create an attorney client relationship. 

If you wish to create an attorney client relationship. Call us up and say I am sending you confidential info, what we it take to establish an atorney client relationship.
